Gas Leak Detection Spray
Every Gasfitter should have a can of Viscotex Leak Detection Spray.
You will already be familiar with the fact that every gas installation requires a pressure and leak detection test. Viscotext have developed a superior gas leak detection spray that will easily detect and alert you of the smalest leak.
The leak detection spray can be used on:
- Copper pipe brazed connections
- Galv pipe threaded connections
- Instantor Compression Fittings
- All threaded, welded and brazed connections
Every gasfitters tool box should carry Viscotex leak detection products.
Special formulation for the preventive maintenance and check of gas lines and armatures. Applicable for systems containing natural gas, liquified gas and compressed air. Contains anti-corrosion additives.
Leaks are indicated by the formation of bubbles. After application on plastic or copper, rinse with water.

Locher Paste Solar
Most thread lubricants will dry out at temperatures exceeding boiling point. Not Locher Solar!
This thread seal will cope with temperatures as high as 160 degrees or as low as -20 degrees! No other product can compete with this resilience.
This product will work well in the following environments:
- Medical installations
- High pressure and temperature steam
- Solar heating installations
- Central heating installations
- Wetbacks
- Uncontrolled heat sources
